Please email technicalsupport@certiport.com if you are contacting us after normal support hours. In your email, be sure to include the following:

  • Describe the issue and at what point the error appears
  • °µÍø½ûÇøapp Exam Name (if applicable)
  • Your first and last name
  • °µÍø½ûÇøapp email address (if different from the one you are sending from)
  • Phone number on °µÍø½ûÇøapp profile
  • Country
  • Name of school or business
